Zeke Orozco III is the contracts assistant for Child Trends. In this capacity, he performs database management, contracts and grants record keeping, and virtual office support to the contracts and grants Team. Zeke’s strengths are in organization and improving workplace efficiency. His work helps Child Trends build a strong administrative foundation to support their mission and research.

Zeke has particular expertise in records, administration, and database management. Prior to joining Child Trends, Zeke worked as a records analyst for LA Metro, a government subway system, where he was responsible for the procurement of Request for Proposals, record keeping, and performing internal audits. While working for LA Metro, he developed new standard operating procedures that improved work speed on certain projects by over 500%, saving the company over $20,000 per year.

He graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is based out of Los Angeles, CA. In his free time, he enjoys creating new vegan recipes and practicing meditation.
