Andrew Potach is a proposal specialist for Child Trends. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading the proposal preparation and submission process. He collaborates with research, communications, contracts, and finance staff to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of proposals from kickoff to submission. This includes developing work plans and timelines for research staff, leading kickoff meetings to discuss internal deadlines, and reviewing proposal materials to ensure compliance and accuracy. Prior to joining Child Trends, Andrew worked as a global forwarding coordinator at a Minnesota-based logistics company. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Minnesota, and has volunteered with local nonprofit organizations, including Literacy Minnesota and The Minnesota state-level contest of the National History Day Competition.
